Environmental Manager

FULL TIME (self-employed ALSO POSSIBLE)

Count & Cooper is serious about daring. As a participating project consultant, we are project leaders for major infrastructural innovations and public construction projects. We are looking for an environment manager with the ambitious construction world to blow over.

As an environmental manager, you identify and promote the interests of the stakeholders involved in the project with the aim of maintaining good support for the project, and therefore also the progress of the project. You are also responsible for optimal internal and external communication.

Responsibility for four disciplines

Count & Cooper sees four disciplines for which the environment manager is responsible or in which the environment manager supervises the rest of the team:

  • Stakeholder coordination: responsible for openly informing the stakeholders, representing the interests of stakeholders within the project, and identifying and managing environmental risks.
  • Permit coordination: responsible for timely application, obtaining and compliance with permits.
  • Communication coordination: responsible for good external communication to all parties involved about the activities and support in public communication.
  • Conditioning: supervising conditioning activities such as ecology or archaeology.

Who are we looking for?

The profile of our ideal candidate is a very ambitious person with a completed university education and at least five years of experience with environmental aspects in large-scale complex Infra Projects (ideally working in DBFM). You excel in representing the interests of multiple complex stakeholders while at the same time protecting the project organization against too much external pressure.

You have at least two years of leadership experience, but above all you are authentic in your leadership and sense of responsibility. You understand when to challenge and inspire your team, or protect it.

What can we offer you?

  • Count & Cooper Academy
  • Market-based salary and good bonus scheme
  • Mobility allowance
  • 30 vacation days
  • Focus on personal development
  • An ambitious and close-knit team in a fast-growing organization
  • Challenge and responsibility
  • Team outings, sports activities, drinks and parties. Only if you need it.
