We are therefore looking for a corporate recruiter who can do this: spot the right and best talents and welcome them to our team.

As a corporate recruiter, you identify the best talents in the market and convince them that Count & Cooper is the employer where they can fully develop their talents. You enjoy making an impact on themes such as labor market communication, employer branding and recruitment. In addition, you ensure an optimal application process and involve colleagues in promotions and events aimed at attracting new toppers.

  • Candidate experience: together with the Count & Cooper recruitment team, you ensure that the best talent in the market finds us and that they experience contact with us as very pleasant.
  • Employer branding: together with our communication team you think about labor market communication, our brand and the way in which we can create a magnetic effect.
  • You take a closer look at our application process and think about opportunities for improvement.
  • You coordinate the application process and the interviews.
  • Storytelling: you ensure that the 'candidate experience' that makes top professionals choose us, matches the 'employee journey' they will experience after joining.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an absolute rock in selling Count & Cooper as an employer. Someone who ensures that the offer we make to someone is also signed smoothly due to the quality of the process. The profile of our ideal candidate is a driven people-oriented professional with a completed HBO or WO education (ideally in a study such as sales, psychology or similar) and a healthy sporting urge to score. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment is necessary to make the position a success.

The operational and organizational aspects of Recruitment also appeal to you. You know how much talent has to go through the 'funnel' to get to a new team member and you are 100% committed to this.
