No day or week is the same. My work as a project leader varies enormously. One moment I prepare the project management team and the next moment I discuss the reassessment of complex project with the client of the project.

What's important for me is good preparation, directing as much as possible and being transparent in my actions.
I make the difference by focusing on the most important management aspects (GOTIK) within a project. This is only possible by functioning as a team and being critical of the functioning as a project team. Realising the planning is the most important aid and control tool.
I think it's super cool to encourage colleagues to get the best out of themselves and to grow as quickly as possible. Because this is how we achieve the best project results together and make the difference!
