From day one, as a recent graduate, I felt very much at home here.
Count & Cooper consists of a group of committed, enthusiastic and ambitious people who are not afraid to go off the beaten track.
"From the lecture halls to the construction site"
Working in a team and the focus on your personal development was the deciding factor for me to start working at Count & Cooper.
Now I work with a number of colleagues on an implementation project, where we are responsible for process control. Because our office is the shack on the construction site, we immediately see the result of our work.
Within the team I am responsible for my own duties, in my case the planning. Because we work intensively as a team, I learn a lot from my colleagues who have much more experience. Although I'm still relatively unexperienced, I am expected to be critical and to come up with suggestions on how to improve things.
Together we work very hard to bring the project to a successful conclusion and the successes are celebrated together.
